- The firm has grown roughly three-fold in the few years since the current ownership has been guiding the firm
- Their ownership is committed to growing the company for many years to come
Position
- The firm is in need of an experienced senior executive to manage the firm’s sales, service, and new business development efforts
- This person is responsible for the development, execution, and management of sales strategies across a multi-state region
- This person will manage the P&L of the sales and service functions and will collaborate closely with other senior management on the firm’s overall long-term growth
- This person will provide other senior leaders at the firm with market trends, data and analysis
- This an onsite position at the firm’s Southern California headquarters
Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience managing a team responsible for sales, service and new business development for an industrial water treatment firm is required
- A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position
- An entrepreneurial spirit and coupled with a desire to grow a sales team is a must-have
- Company values attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
