Account Manager

Position

  • Account Manager will call on a broad range of pharmaceutical customers in the Eastern time zone
  • The Account Manager will also generate new business within the targeted segments
  • Employee owns and sets short and long-term account plans/goals/priorities for key existing and potential customers
  • Represents the firm at industry trade shows and conferences
  • Position is home-office based but up to 25% overnight travel is required

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in chemistry or a related field is required
  • Advanced degree (especially MBA) is preferred
  • Minimum three years chemical sales calling on pharmaceutical customers is required, preferably in specialty chemical / API space
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is required and SAP experience is highly desired
